We need a judo thread.

I think its a bit ambitious to ask for a judo sub-forum, but could we maybe get a judo thread stickied?

It seems that most guys here are BJJ'ers, so when they post, I think they are mostly looking for BJJ responses, and as such, I think us judo guys dont have much to say. The opposite often happens though too, and as such, I think we could do with a single stickied thread for us judoists to chat about throws, comps, exchange videos and throw around Japanese terminology without having to explain it.

Can we get this done?

Also, can the judo guys on the forum identify themselves? Offhand I know Judogido, Bubbleboy, QMystic, Thailon, Frodo and Yeahbee. There are a few others knocking around but I cant think of them offhand.

Im a Judo guy, but I dont post here often/at all because its mostly BJJ guys. If there was a Judo subforum or stickied thread I would definately join in on the fun!

A 'judo' sub-forum would be a decent try I think. It could possibly pull in some vet judoka to judo/mma fans.

MMA sherdog would be smart to include the hugeness of judo...albeit most don't speak good english.

You think it could be a goer? We can make a big archive of videos from youtube and judoinfo and so on. Its going through quite a boom time at the moment on the world scene so maybe they would be open to it.
