Put in the 40 minutes....if anybody watches that stuff and regrets having watched it I will put it on repeat for 10 hours at home.

I have shown this to friends who aren't even in martial arts and they have enjoyed it as much as me. By far the best "instructional" I am yet to see about any topic at all. There is no fancy planned speech going on it is just a guy with a very good idea he shares in a really open hearted way.

awesome vid, inspirational stuff.

I have been writing simple goals for the past year but not under the structure that you have explained in the vid, i have now wrote my goals down following that structure and have them in my pocket now
