Rapist stalks girl - Defense Ideas?

I know this girl who's home was broken into by a potential rapist/murderer. Based on what he did her home, an FBI profiler told her that the intruder is likely stalking her and will strike again with intentions of rape or murder. She has taken precautions for her safety already, but I suggested that, if worse comes to worse, she might find herself in a position(s) of vulnerability if she were to ever have a physical confrontation with this guy.

So, I told her the next time I see her I will show her escapes from vulnerable positions like when mounted, and sweeps from having someone in your gaurd so she can get up and run.

My question to you experts, is what would you show her? My ideas is that in addition to escapes from him trying to control her, I will suggest such obvious things such as eye gouges, groin strikes, throat strikes, etc., as well as use of her elbows in close quarters on the guys' face.

I am not claiming to be real good or anything, and so I am asking you guys who know more than me what you suggest.

I know that her best ideas include pepper spraying him and running and stuff along those lines, but I am just asking if worse comes to worse and she finds herself trying to scuffle with the potential rapist/murderer?

Thanks a lot, guys!

To Dawgie

Ya, I know, it would be great if that is all she needed, but my question asks what should I teach her if the worst happens and she ends up in a position where she can't run away and she is being physically controlled by him somehow without access to her stun gun or pepper spray or gun or midieival battle axe or whatever?

If worse comes to worse she should shoot, stab, gouge, kick or whatever. Anything to survive. Grappling techniques wouldn't be the first thing on my list to teach her.

Eye gouges and finger breaks. Anything else she probably won't have the strength to impose.

She would need to join a grappling class. Showing her a few techniques isn't going to work.

Yeah, remember that she may freeze due to the adrenaline dump so her defense should be primarily gross motor.

Yeah, she'd probably be better off with self-defense instruction like Krav Maga or something like that.

She should make herself as hard a target as possible.

Ya, that sounds agreeable to me. But what about if she were mounted or he somehow had the rear mount? Should she go for kicks and gouges then or try and sweep him so she can run or just have better options? Those are the situations I am accounting for.

Thanks, though, good advice, keep em coming.
