Just wanted to spread the word about www.iCompete.org, a new website that lists tournaments/seminars and shows related to submission grappling, mma, and bjj.

If you know of any events coming up in your area please sign up for free account and add it to our event index so that other people can find out about it. Additionally, as a member you have access to features like subscriptions which will email you when new events are added that match what you are interested in.

This site is really about creating a grappling community where anybody can add and find events so we don't have to rely on word of mouth or scouring different forums to find out about events in your area. Let me know what you guys think, or if you have any suggestions to make the site better.

Own a website? Then I wanted to point out a new feature just added that may provide a useful utility to anyone who owns a website.

If run or manage website we'lve just added the ability to include a list of events (displaying as much or as little information as you want) on your website and style them however you like. So if you're interested in having automatically updated event listings on your website that is styled to match your site check out the site, sign up for a free account and click on the "Site Integration" menu under Events.
