Showing up late and skipping the warm-ups

I show up anywhere from 15 minutes early to 20 minutes late, due to work.
I have people who show up late due to work, but the good thing is the usually give me a heads up so then I understand their situations but in my experience. Most people who come in late, don't really have a legit excuse.
The two guys in my gym who do that are the most physically fit guys who kick my ass all the time!
If they're paying money, they can show up whatever time they like.
Only the black belts get to do this where I train. Everyone else has to wait by the edge of the mat for the instructor to tell them it's OK to join the class.
The only days I'm sore from rolling are the days after I miss warmups. The warmups are brutal, but the days after without them are worse.

I've showed up late due to work issues, but in reality, this ^ is the only answer that matters. If my $ is on time, than shut the f*ck up. I bet this guy doesn't feel so disrespected he turns down anybody's money. |
my problem with most gyms warmups are they aren't so much warmups as they are a full blown workout.
I go to train technique at my school, not physical conditioning, i get that elsewhere |
