Schools in Panama City Fl

Is anyone here from Panama City and can suggest a good grappling school. Tomorrow i intend to go check out this one http://www.cummingscombatsambo.com/index.php just wanted to get any oppions or suggestions.

Well i guess this is more of a update on my gym search but i must say i really like this gym so far. Well to day was the cardio day, i must say that it was the hardest two hours of my life. At the gym were a couple mma fighters and everyone was doing the same cardio. They are all good guys and are willing to show you stuff and keep pushing you.

panama city fl, has carlos cummings down their. from cummings combat sambo. he is very good and friendly. training's diffrent mixing beginner with advanced. it's awsome!
carlos is a good coach and a funny guy. cardio is off the meter. it's real tough. i like
it.
