there isnt cause once they are in half guard you mest up. I recently pulled a move on this 280 pound big arms guy. The key is once your in half guard the guy got you. You can avoid it from avoiding him getting the position.

Half-guard is a fairly neutral position, not necessarily a bad place to be, especially if you have the underhook... If the guy is facing your legs, then if you have your head in the inside position, you are in the dominant position and the underhook is less important

if only i had that kinda flexability

ts you should elaborate, if this is a street fight situation bite that motherfucker or gouge his eyes or some shit, if this happened during training just create space by putting your forearm on his throat and pushing away

i don't understand?

you don't need any particular flexibility, as soon as they reach their arms above your sternum height, start climbing those legs, lock those shoulders up and lift your hips for the tap

Gibson6 are you referring to kesa gatame, where your opponent has his arm under your head and not your far arm? If so, attempt to drive the trapped elbow to the ground. Often your opponent will attempt to block that move by driving his weight onto your body and pulling on the trapped arm. Simultaneously scoot your hips as close to your opponent's hips and bridge over your opposite shoulder pulling your opponent over your body for the reversal. If you can get your trapped elbow to the ground there are three or four different escapes from the standard headlock depending on your opponent's body position. It's a relatively high percentage move.

if the guy's superbig/heavy and framing/bridging doesn't work

1. PULL that trapped arm out quick (rule of thumb is to keep your elbow close to yourself and wedge it against the guy's hip) now that will help your bridge/turn shrimp
2. Repeatedly push (or lightly palm strike) behind the top of the guy's shoulder (the arm that's around your neck) to create space so you can move into back control
