Kumite Classic?

Does anybody know what the deal with this tournament is? I've heard it's still going on, but there may or may not be submissions allowed at it. I'd like to take a few of my guys down, but have no idea what the deal is. Anybody know anything?

there is no such thing as 110% in athletic competition. you either give 100%, or you don't.

As far as I know it's still going on with normal submission rules.

I am not 100% sure though.

We've got a group of guys training for it. Haven't heard anything as to no submissions or it not going on as it would normally. Why are you asking? Is there something going on with this tourny?

BTW, I love your sig. I hate guys that say "Give me 110%!!!!", simply cuz you can't. It's f'n impossible. If you give 100%, that should be good enough. If you give 110%, well then you are unhuman and should be captured and put in a laboratory for testing to find out how you can give more than is humanly possible. Then you should be killed for making the rest of us look bad.

Thanks guys...I'd heard rumors that PA has banned submission tournaments and was unsure how/if this tournament would be affected. I haven't heard anything to the contrary of what is on the website, but a few of my Youngstown friends were convinced that it would be going on w/o submissions.

Frank Dux won the kumite like 4 years in a row and went 445-0.
