Nah....She used to be Gracie Barra San Diego so we trained together a bit....she's like a Nordic giant.

Dietrich i see that Shield's is in your top 5, what'd you think of him last night? just curious.
His grappling game was good. He pretty much held dominant position most of the fight and did what he needed to do to win. Was it pretty? Not really, but he held position and if he lost dominant position he got it back. Mayhem's sub defence looked great.

I came in right after the Lovato match and heard the commentators talking about either three-quarters guard or quarter guard. Can anyone describe to me what they're talking about?
