Anyone train here? If so how do you like it? How is a typical class ran?

I train there, it's pretty awesome. Johnny Ramirez will usually run the Beginner classes and put you through a pretty tough workout to start with, then show a takedown, an escape, a pass, and a submission. Class usually ends with some live rolling, sometimes with a specific task.

John Ouano usually runs the intermediate/mixed classes, usually not running you as hard in the pre-class workout, then showing some more advanced techniques, usually more sweeps and submissions.

I'd definitely recommend it, 100 bucks a month (w/1 year contract), unlimited training, they have no-gi, boxing, bjj, mma and a tough ass conditioning class.

I've trained there a couple of times. There are a bunch of top-notch grapplers there, many of whom have won in national and world level comps. World level guys show up there from time to time, and it's just a relaxed training environment. Though I have limited experience with the instructors there, I have always heard that they're very attentive to details. To sum it up, I've only heard good things about New Breed, and the folks that train there are pretty tough.

They have a free open mat every saturday, you should def. check it out.
