Need advice on a groin cup
Topic is a little embarrasing, but I need some information on a better cup to wear. I have been training with a standard jock and banana cup. Oh my god is it painful. Yes, shots to the groin don't hurt as bad, but the cup is constantly digging into my inner thigh areas, and trying t pinch down for armbars or triangles may hurt me more than my training partners. I realize that any cup is going to be at least slightly uncomfortable, but there must be something better than this.
If anyone has any suggestions please tell me.
thanks for reading.

Take a real sport like Judo where they don't use groin cups.

Bought the shock doctor compression shorts and cup... also bought a bike cup and supporter, AND bought an XO cup and compression shorts. Now, I know what you're all thinking "that guy is a fuckin 'jock' homo", and while this may be true, I had never worn a cup before so I thought I'd just get a couple and try em. First thing's first: Compression shorts do not goddamned work. Unless by "work" you mean "sever your testes". Basically, if you want some nut protection and you're not a squirrel, you have to use a jaques strap. The bike jock seemed good, and it was cheap. The bike cup also seemed good with lot's of that flexy material crap so as not to bruise your jockal area. The shoc doctor cup and the bike cup seemed like the best to me. I also got an under armour jock with cup holder so you can have a place to put your big gulp while you roll. That also seemed like a good jauwke. NE way, hope that helped and hope I don't get b& 4 dis post ^_^.

I like my shock doctor, you gotta pull them up high so the cup stays in place but other then that its great for mobility and not hurting ur area
