Nate Diaz Technique of the Week Video!!!

This is the Eternal Unlimited "Technique of the Week" with Cesar Gracie Brown Belt Nate Diaz. This week Nate takes us through Armbar from the mount position. This is a basic submission but Nate takes us through it and explains how we can use this move in a MMA or Grappling situation!

Be sure to stop by the Eternal Unlimited store and show some support. Thanks and enjoy...

Nathan likes that S mount. Notice the angle he falls back on.

Hey Justin

Thanks for the videos! man. Like we were talkin about on the phone the other day, nobody seems to like our academy or our fighters. They get some respect because do put some whoopins on some pretty good guys,

The personality at our academys does not translate well through the public media. But getting to see these guys up close teaching, people are gonna see these guys are some bright young minds in the BJJ game today.

History tid-bit.

Our academy was the first BJJ academy in Nor-Cal. What that means is we didnt have just one view of BJJ through a particular instructor. It was the stopping place for many great BJJ names as they came through California.

My point is we were exposed to a mountain of BJJ information and these young minds here with that foundation under their belt have some great technique to share with ya'll.

And you get past the media exposure and see them in their element in these videos, I think it will go along way to giving people the correct and better perception of them. Because if you can get past that and listen, these kids are the new innovators of the sport.

Side note; People here are fasinated with the Invert Guard and guys like Ryan Hall. Let me tell you I have been playing it for years and Nick took my bunch of Invert moves and just invented about 50 percent more.

Thats just a small portion of his game, but would probably be of great interest here.

Any way, thanks for taking on this task Justin. It will be great for everybody.
