hey guys, i was wondering if sombody has a link to a video of judo's nage no-kata.
it's for a mate of mine going for his black-belt.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t8zgnutySko is excellent. Very close to how they're teaching it in Oz now. Regrettably is seems to cut off the first few throws.

If you contact JudoNSW they can probably sell you the Kodokan Kata DVD they use as a reference.
