lower back stretching

I was wondering whats the best way to stretch my lower back and hips? I have very stiff hips so naturally it sucks when I do BJJ. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Jerrad

I think this should be in the conditioning section. Regardless I found this link in the conditioning section. It addresses flexibility as a whole. there are probably BJJ specific stretches that one of the more advanced BJJ practioners on the forum can add.
