Like and dislike about your gym?

Guys, I'm curious what do you like and dislike about your gym? What do you think it needs to be a perfect gym? I want to open a gym (BJJ, SW, MMA) and I would like to know how do you see the perfect gym. I know... with nude big-breasted girls playing rubber guard, but anything else...?

More people in my size/skill level. Right now there is 1 person that i can outgrapple and im stronger than him so i sometimes "cheat" and muscle my way around him, none are near my level (Im a newbie whitebelt)

Lack of lockers/showers is a bummer aswell.

Small group with alot of people who have good experience and are really nice to grapple with, also small group = more time with the instructor.

plenty of people. you have to cater to the masses, get as many people but also have plenty of mat space. to ensure the people stay you will need more than 1 instructor probably somewhere like 5 or so

More matspace, other than that I can't really complain about it at all

i like the guys i train with.

i dislike that theres only 3 of them. and also that we only train usually 2 days a week, id like to be training upwards of 6-7.

The fact that we share it with a kung-fu class that trains before us and walks all over the mats with dirty shoes on, but they never offer to clean up before our class starts. We lose 5-10 minutes just mopping the mats sometimes. Oh, and there's one guy in our class who almost never washes his gi and he sweats like crazy (dripped in my eye the other day when he was in my guard - burned like hell).

Otherwise, I love the gym I train at. All good guys. I'm pretty new, but not the newest. Everyone looks out for everyone else and most of us are friends outside of class (though we all originally met through bjj). We compete in at least 3 - 4 tournaments a year including the Pan-Ams.

I wish my gym was open on Sundays and offered showers. Also, like everybody else, I wish there was more mat space (my gym actually has quite a bit, but there is always room for more).
