Lamasil versus Scalp

So I've got ringworm on my dome, I had it on my leg and Lamisal spray kicked its ass, but the spray says not to use it on my scalp

Anybody have experience with ringworm on the head, ideas to treat it?

I heard that Selson Blue(the drandruff shampoo) is anti microbial don't know if it's true though.

edit: ringworm is a fungus

it can be a bastard to get out, and I know it can cause bald patches where it grows. I've used to anti-fungal shampoo in the past, with mixed results.

You could go to the doctor, and ask for the pill version of Lamisil, that takes care of the worm in a few days.

I have had an itchy head I think from a hot tub party a few weeks ago and went out and bought 'selsun 2.5' last nite. I will let you know if it worked.

I don't know if its ringworm or not but these threads on it kinda freaked me out. Its some kind of acid in the shampoo so its gotta kill whatever is lurking up there.
