Judo's top game

From what i've seen it looks like BJJers are generally the best ground grapplers on the backs. But if we're speaking generally, judo guys are also better standing grapplers than BJJers. So what happens whne the judo guys gets the takedown and lands on top? What happens then?

Generally speaking how good are most judo guys's groundgames from the top position (including in the guard on top)?

Example:

Parisyan vs Serra- This went to the ground. Since BJJers are generally better on the ground Serra should've finished Karo right? Karo isn't a world class newaza artist by far either. He's no Nastula. But no. Parisyan took him down and was able to get the unanimous decision. Wouldn't this be a testimony to judo guys' skills in matwork from the top? Serra is a Brazilian Jujitsu black belt and even runs his own school.

We have a Judo blackbelt he was an olympic qualifier his top game was agressive and top notch. He had great control. great scrambles. great technique. great grip. put him on his back and it was a different story but he was a blue in BJJ but his top game was tough to deal with. His grip and speed and control was amazing

We have 2 judo black belts at our school and its the same story. They help us out A LOT though as far as throws and takedowns, grip fighting, grips, stance, and what not.

Not only the submissions aspect of the top game but I think judo/sambo guys end their fights well with GnP for a reason.

That's like saying "how are most bjj guys throws? I know that they focus ground work but I saw Jacare throw some dude in a tournament." Is it possible that... karo trains MORE than judo for groundwork? Yes. Is it possible that jacare does something other than bjj for standing? yes.

I'm thinking wrestlers and judokas should have better top game (after passing guard) than pure bjj guys. they work on pins so they should have better control of their opponents when on top and also have better reversals as well. Pure bjj guys would rather pull guard. No?

Both Judoka and wrestlers have great top games (the elite guys). If they get a good takedown it's gonna be pretty hard to get out from under them
