Has anyone read William Vandry's leglocks book?

I can't seem to find any information regarding it's quality or content:

Budovideos.com - BJJ Leglocks Book by William Vandry

It's kind of surprising that there is little to no info about this, considering the small amount of decent leglock material out there.

That makes me think it's either a hidden gem or not worth discussing....can somebody help me figure out which it is?
