Im starting new next week in theadvanced class, and im using headgear, how the hell do i wash my brute o6g. disinfecting wipes?

also: for my NO gi class, im sorta overweight, and have a little case of man boobs, would it be embarassing if i wore my atama? Would people secretly laugh at me and htink im an ass? i dont feel like wearing a long sleeve shirt.

haha my man... dont even worry about it. guys are there to train not check out each others bodies. by wearing your atama, i hope youre referring to an atama rash guard and not a gi top for the no gi class. just wear a tshirt and youre golden. as for cleaning your head gear, yes, just use disinfectant wipes.. you should do this frequently because im sure you have a lot of dirty sweat dried out in there.
