The Guard & Passing the Guard, any good?

Are these books any good? Would you spend your money on them or on some of the Gracie books, if you had to choose two books to get.

Passing the guard is an excellent book. Best bjj book on the market in my opinion. I find a book which covers one topic in an indepth fashion much more useful than one which just tries to cover everything, but doen't really end up covering anything.

I haven't read The Guard, but i'd assume it to be of a similar quality.

I hope the series continues. An idea might be to bring in a specialist on each particular positions/set of techniques they plan on covering, like the judo masterclass series does.

Judo masterclass, huh? I'll have to check those out, too. Thanks, man.

They are both awesome! I recommend them over the Gracie's, if you want to focus on that part of your game.
