Grip work drills?

anyone got any drills or links to sites with drills or instructionals that are decent?

I have a few I do but I'm looking for some variety.

while you may get some descent answers from some seasoned grapplers in here...you might do better to ask in the strength forum...and my piece of advice would be to do any kind of forearm and wrist workouts you can find out there....nice name by the way thread starter

Neil Adams did a good book on grips.

Are you looking primarily for grip strength or gripping technique?

Iīve seen a nice grip workout from Mark Hatmaker... I think itīs on the "floorbag workout" DVD...
Itīs where you lift a heavy bag to your chest and constantly change your grip, for each grip (donīt know the names) like fingergrip, handgrip, underarm etc you have 3 minutes each.

I would actually be interested in finding a book or video on something like Grip Theory or Technique
