tinguinhas school has a strong list of guys who work the half.. stop by sometime anybody who is in Cali.

either way- yes... there is a standard 'classic sweep' (watch Vitor Shaolins dimensions DVD)

but what I was saying is that you can accomplish a sweep from being stuck in half guard...

i want to train with the jiujitsu girls!!!

To share some of my knowledge:

Ignore Pass: When the he crosses the body and has his back to you

First Key Tip: As soon as he starts to go to this pass when he is across he will try and walk his knee up a bit to be a bit more lose in the half guard. This is a key time to slip in the butterfly hook!!!

Second Key Tip: Always keep your hand rested on his trap. Do not leave it next to your stomach unless you are trying to bait to the kimora reverse to the take the back transition

Third Key Tip: If he has his weight to low you can push his arm south and roll over your head for a sweep.

Very short on time will post more details later!!
