Getting back into training...

Been out for about 2 months now after have a pretty bad shoulder injury...almost tore my pec while rolling, MRI showed no tear but a severly strained ligament right under my armpit...started training again last night but didnt roll. Ive been training for about 3 yrs now, brown in judo, blue in BJJ. Im still a little aprehensive about rolling just bc of what happened, what are some ways to get over the hump? I dont want to be that guy who says "hey i have a bad shoulder, take it easy" even though i know theres nothing wrong with that.

roll with smaller guys that have more experience and make them aware of your injury. Tap early adn often if need be.
