Flow drill for BJJ and Grappling...

I need to incorporate this more into my training. How often do you guys do this? The rolling starts at about 2min mark. By the way congrats on the black belt Nicolas from Roger Gracie.
I really dig your blog The Jiu-Jitsu Brotherhood

i like doing it before class as an extra warmup or sometimes after class....

one thing ill say is i dont like how these guys are doing it at all...they seem to be doing it more from a fitness standpoint since its more acrobatic and non-realistic jiu jitsu moves

I like to just go either 1 for 1 or flow from technique to technique with my partner

imo, this dlr video shows it best

darph, watch this....

YouTube - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - CHAMPIONS - Monteirao and De La Riva

btw, i know your a judo guy and my sensei had us do similar things in judo also, like go one for one throws and just move around etc.

i have to admit the original video was a little crazy, but the DLR one was sweet. The DLR vid was more what i was expceting when i read 'flow drill'.

Awesome, my brother and I train this way alot and it's been very productive for both of us, especially as a warmup before matches at a tournament.
