Favorite Guard Pass?

Not so much favorite, but most effective really...

I know a long list of guard passes, but U was just wondering what YOUR most effective guard pass has been through past experiences! I'm looking to try some new ones.

Thanks guys.

that sounds like a guard break instead of a pass

It depends on the situation. An effective pass in one situation doesn't work in another. It is all about flowing between them.

My favorite pass is the one that gets me into side control.

QFT

As you get better at BJJ/grappling it is less about learning "moves" and more about knowing "principles".

From standing in someones open guard, the kneeslide. I always try this first.

From knees in someones open guard, the over-under, or a variation thereof.

I tend to break the guard, step over a leg then shin slide but I also use single and double underhook passes alot.
