you know who i feel bad for? Eddie bravo's students.. The ones that paid tuition to him for years, blood sweat and tears with him at 10th planet for years. Represented him in tournaments for years and was family for years... Only to find out that all need to do is get an affilate to get your rank.... damm...

Actually, Tony, although I appreciated what you said and how you said it, but what you said was just vague enough to be read in a couple of different ways. That's not meant to be a criticism.

For example, I responded to you and from the way I read it, I believe Ari's JJJ/AJJ BB to be a pile of shenanigans. An aikido guy who claims he does aikijujutsu from a teacher that no one's heard of, isn't known by the DR AJJ crowd and quite frankly, doesn't seem to exist. Is that about right? Your giving the benefit of the doubt because AJJ being fractured is fair, but real Daito ryu Aiki Jujutsu guys usually know their lineage all the way back to Takeda Sokaku.

Your sarcasm is cute here but I'm confused- are you an Ari Bolden supporter or a 10th planet supporter, or both or neither (neither=troll). Have you not seen him teach poor techniques and are you not worried that Ari is more about "creating" and selling techniques to make money than teaching an art?

My point is that, who EB is 10P founder, likes how Ari teaches 10P, and credentialed him as he saw fit in EDDIE'S SYSTEM. let me explain IT'S EDDIE'S FUCKIN' SYSTEM! Read the post, he said that AB first came in, knowing his system, as a blue belt, EB rolled with him, and made him a purple. Ari's instruction in Judo, BJJ, JJJ, whatever has no bearing on what EB thinks of AB's skills IN EDDIE'S SYSTEM.

I'm a little of both, i like the system as i can apply alot of it to MMA, i use alot of EB's books and some of the stuff AB posts on youtube is helpful. In most of the clips i've seen, AB makes no qualms about saying "this is not the only way, this is the way I do it/teach it, check out _____ for another option" Some of the stuff he uses, i don't like/doesn't work for me/ won't work in mma, some of it does. I use what i want, don't what i don't, but try to steer clear from making blanket judgements. I really have no opinion on "AB's shitty Judo techniques" because I don't watch those clips since i don't use much judo in my game.

I also like the fact that wheneve/wherever i can go online and find some FREE technique clips, and a majority of them come from subs101. AB hasn't made any money off of me, just passed along some TTPs.
