Cauliflower Ear? Do I need to worry?

I got home tonight from training, and noticed the rim of my ear is a little bit swollen. I can barly tell that is swollen by looking at it. Its not bad at all. Do I have anything to worry about? Will it keep growing? Any help would be appreciated.
