BrazilianFightwear.com Experiences/Help

What are your experiences with BrazilianFightwear.com? I ordered a War belt from them on Jan. 31st and have still not received it. I selected the 10-16 day shipping. Handling, at the most, should be 3 days, so it should only take 19 days at the max. But, the thing that really worries me is that my order status on their website still says, "Processing". I emailed them on the 19th and still haven't heard back from them.

Are they legitimate? How long did it take you get to your order from them? Hopefully they'll see this post and respond since they haven't responded to my email.

Everything that ships from Brazilianfightwear comes by Donkey.

This is a fact.

I've purchased KF gis from them before. Arrived fine, but does take forever.

I ordered a WAR belt from them a couple of years ago. I got it in about two weeks, but I'm not in the U.S.A. They updated my order status, when it went out, and my order said "shipped", so I knew it was on the way. Keep trying to get ahold of them. I'm sure you will eventually get it.

Hopefully they just forgot to update the status of the order or something. But, I'm going to try and email them again. Thanks for letting me know they're legitimate and that it just takes forever.

Just as an update, I heard back from them today. They said that War is taking a long time to send them the belts and that my order has not shipped yet and should be shipping next week. Oh well, at least they're sending me a free gift for my troubles. They seem to have good customer service once they get back to you. I guess I'll keep wearing the cheapo generic martial arts blue belt for another month.
