its for normal 40 somethings that are not workoutacholics
props to you Old guy in 15 years I hope to be you
for a normal 42 year old man it is a good tool to properly train and hang with 20 somethings like myself that will get frustrated against a 40 year old brown belt and start using our youth to wear out the older compeitor
this dvd shows how to not let us do it
