Imagine someones body weight laying on your wrist! Hurts like a bitch!!

I do a butterfly wrist lock to arm bar a lot. When starting standing up most people reach out their right hand for my collar and I take it turn them down (not a traditional BJJ move) and immediately sit back with the arm bar...

I'll try to find a video of that

Its SIMILIAR to this but when I take him down I sit right to arm bar....it is not this exaggerated, and I do not take that first step but the grip is the same!

Not a fan of wristlocks, but this is pretty sweet.

wristlocks are the nastiest way to get tapped. this one is brutal, and i've been using it for a while.

That is particularly nasty. Are wristlocks consitered small joint manipulations, or is that only like fingers and toes?

fingers and toes, you need to grab at least 3 together. wristlocks are legal at blue belt in bjj

Ok I'm a total newbie and not afraid to admit it, but watching the demo it looks like it would be trivial to power out of that. Is it a move that's done so fast that the opponent has no time to think about what's happening before it's too late? Seems like it after watching it being used in competition or whatever they're doing at the end there. And apparently it hurts really REALLY bad from that guy's borderline screams of agony.
