Sorry if this has been posted already. As most people know I work with OTM and they are currently with BJ over in Hawaii. They are filming his workout for his upcomming fight. Starting Thursday maybe by Firday, they are posting videos of his workout on BJ Penns website. The video is suppose to contain workout tips and techniques.

These videos are being filmed this week so they should be new. It should be posted on his site today or tommorrow.

BJ is the man. I've said it a hundred times before but he's my favorite fighter since I got a chance to meet him in Hawaii, then see him at some fights, then go to one of his seminars. He's down to earth and fucking good at what he does.

Yeah, the guy has so much more class and obvious natural talent than Pulver. Pulver seemed like a real dickhead. But he got owned.
