Looks like some of the sons of bitches at mmaforum.com ripped a bunch of my posts in this thread and put it in their pissant, under-detailed grappling credentials thread. It has such amazing contributions as:

"Marcus Aurelio:
BJJ Black Blet."

Christ, give whoever wrote that one up a medal. As I know they read this thread, a bit of credit would go amiss, idiots. You didn't even take off my spiel about where Filho got his BJJ and Judo black belts at the end of that one post...Ugh.

Angry rant out of the way, let's catch up.

He never competed in folkstyle. As for his actual college background (which etc.) I'd have to check.

holy shit dude good work!

what bout shaolin? this is all i could find:

Vitor Ribeiro is an extremely accomplished grappler. He has won the CBJJ Mundials (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu World Championship) 4 times. Once, as a purple belt in 1996, and three times as a black belt, in three consecutive years (1999, 2000, and 2001). He has competed in the ADCC World Championship in 2000 and 2003.

I've been meaning to get round to Shaolin. I saw he competed in the Brazilian team championships too, so I can see his record taking a fair while.

He'll be my next addition. Unless I find an easy one and want to quickly add him.

Hell, I'll add Maia too.

As a big request. If anyone has a good resource for Copa Del Mundo results, I'd be truly grateful.

In his defence, his losses were to the best. Can't fault him for that, even if his being choked unconscious by Garcia did shock the world.
