Yeah. Our instructor is a serious cardio freak.

One of his biggest pet peeves is someone who wins a match on points the first 3-4 minutes, then gasses and loses in the end of the fight.
Plus, this is mainly just on Tuesday and Thursday classes. Our Saturday class is pretty much 2 hours of just drills and working on technique. On Tuesday and Thursday, we'll spend 30 minutes working on drills / technique, but the main focus is sparring.
