30-45 mins a class when im healthy.

Only doing two rolling sessions a class (4 a day) while im injured (bruised tailbone).

5 minute rounds, 30 minutes on weekdays, 1 hour on the weekends. There's a fair amount of sitting out on the weekends.
Training partners are rotated so you can't really choose who you roll with.

Yeah. Our instructor is a serious cardio freak. One of his biggest pet peeves is someone who wins a match on points the first 3-4 minutes, then gasses and loses in the end of the fight.

Plus, this is mainly just on Tuesday and Thursday classes. Our Saturday class is pretty much 2 hours of just drills and working on technique. On Tuesday and Thursday, we'll spend 30 minutes working on drills / technique, but the main focus is sparring.

4 x 5 minute round from the feet > ground. then its pretty much free rolling for as long as you want.

about 40 minutes, maybe 10 minutes of instruction and ten minutes of getting water, resting, going over a tech.

An hour at least, yesterday it was abou 30-45 mins of technique and learning something new, then the rest of the class was sparring. So 6:30 to 8:15 is an hour and 45 minutes total class time.

then 4 - 5 minute rounds starting from our weakest position and vice versa, so about an hour
