Atami gold weave weight.. i ordered this thing and the box weights 8.2 lbs according to ups, is it really that heavy?

i remember when i got mine it was pretty heavy. although i made the mistake of picking it up at the UPS building on my motorcycle so i had to carry it back by shoving it down my waist band and tucking in my hoodie

its 'atama' not 'atami.' and no its not that heavy. good purchase.. its one of the, if not the, best gold weave made. DONT FORGET when you get it.. if you need it to shrink, wash it in warm water, and high-med heat and check it every 5 minutes or so.

once its shrunk down to your liking, you will have no problems washing it in cold water and drying it on low... it wont shrink.
