Those of you making fun of this are idiots. If you were in a fight and applied the triangle, you wouldn't be laughing if they did that to get out and proceeded to beat your ass.

try to swivel your hips to get off the knee (i didnt say get off on the knee you pervs.. you know who you are). or try to cut an angle to his body so you are perpendicular away from the arm you have by grabbing under his leg.
