Anyone trained at Frank Shamrock's school?
Shamrock martial arts in san jose, california. I live very close to it so i was wondering if its worth training at? If anyone trains there please also let me know what the pricing is like.

I trained with Frank when he was still at AKA, and it was a great experience, great guy, great people in the class and the pricing is reasonable, go to shamrockmartialarts.com for more info.
