anyone get the headaches after bjj class?

im not sure what i should really be doing after bjj class when im sitting there exhausted and have a pretty good headrush thing going on. Tried to just drink water and that helps to a degree.

anything you guys recomend? any vet tricks to when you were rookies afterclass with the same prob? drink pedialyte and breathe into a bag? anything?

*i realize that i should quit smoking cigs and do more cardio but thats beside the point

Hapens to me as well, when I'm in bad shape....

Drink a lot of water and take it easy... it will go away once you get fitter.

Also, with the smoking, know that you could be running the risk of high blood pressure which can cause to headaches. You may just want to have it checked, just in case.

But yeah, more than likely a conditioning/hydration issue.
