Sambo & Judo Coach - Carlos Cummings Head Coach of Cummings Combat Sambo (CCS) Academy in Panama City Beach, Florida. Carlos is an active ASA member and member of (TAS) Team American Sambo.

Cost:
Thanks to some sponsorship...$35 for both days

What will be covered:
Throws, Leglocks, Toeholds, anklelocks, ect..

August 7th - 8th. 3hr. seminar on both days

Sambosteve, I have never trained Sambo. 13 years in BJJ, but no Sambo. Would this be open and beneficial for someone like me, or is it pretty much Sambo guys only.

Very cool. Do you have any preference as to how people dress. Is gi preferred, or Gi top and shorts which wrestling shoes. Or does it not really make a difference?

for no gi:Just wear shorts and shirt
for gi: just have the gi top with you
