Jab, cross followed with a swift MT style kick to the thigh. There are variations of it such as left hook, right hook followed up with the same kick that I like as well.
Not exactly 100% punching, but set up with punches.

Orthodox stance; Jab, cross, left hook to the body overhand right or uppercut depending on where their hands are at. If they drop to cover the body, overhand. If they bring them up to protect the inevitable cross, uppercut instead.
I also like reverse three jab, cross, left hook straight to the clinch where it's kneeeeeeees.

Lyoto Machida, suckas!
feint jab -> doubled up jab -> right cross -> to an uppercut if they duck. if they dont duck or roll just shuffle to 0 pressure side to avoid punishment.
or if kickboxing jab rear roundhouse leg/body kick.
