The way Fedor punches and the way Bruce lee punches
I've noticed from watching fedor's fights that he hits alot like the way they do in Systema, which is a russian fighting style. Also it is taught to hit with these type of looping punches with a snap at the end in the Russian military, so could have picked it up there.
Now Bruce lee also hits with a snap but it is more of a straight punch. I think Lee hits the same way just alot faster, both are intended to damage internal organs.
what are your guys thoughts on this.
And also if anyone knows which knuckles bruce lee lands with tell me I could'nt find the answer.

Fedor = professional fighter
Bruce Lee = actor
Alot of that hit with "these two knuckles" or "these three knuckles" stuff works great punching flat and stationary targets (makiwara) but the human head is roundish, irregular and usually moving. If you land a hard shot square on the pinkie finger knuckle you are likely going to break a ****carpal, don't do that. Otherwise I am not convinced it makes much difference. Focus on keeping the wrist straight and strong and don't worry about your knuckles.

And why exactly can you say that? Bruce Lee had exactly zero professional fights.

Yeah but look at how he killed kareem abdul jabar in Game Of Death. Name me another martial artist who fought a basketball player 10 weight classes above him. WHAT NOW

Now I mix it up.
As for systema my friend and I tested out which hits hurt the most on the body. We found that hits to the right side hurt about 2x more than on left, and a hammerfist thrown from the bottom up to the solar plexus with a wave motion hurt the most because the pain lasted a long time. The hammerfist was thrown like a backfist except with the bottom of the hand landing while traveling upwards starting from the legs.
Give it a try Aye

Back in "his day" there were real fighters fighting "real fights", Kyokushin and other promotions. Bruce Lee chose not to compete in either full contact, point style fighting or boxing at a major competitive level. He was a great actor, promoter, writer and teacher but he was not a fighter.
The primary attribute of a fighter is the willingness to fight, and, outside of a handful of highly suspect anecdotal street fights, Bruce Lee never fought a serious competitor.
