Well he's definitely got skills! It should be interesting to see how he does over time.

Yeah. I posted the first video there so guys could see how to hit the Mitts with power. Vanes hits pretty hard for a guy his size. There's a difference between conjuring power or snap with speed, and just plain ole hitting hard.

I haven't heard of this guy before but he has some real pop on those mitts, jab impressed me a lot. What does he weigh?

Edit: Wow was that guy way in over his head in sparring, he's gonna need to find better partners then that.

Vanes is an undefeated Junior Middle (154).

And yeah I think they just had him spar that one dude because of the size difference. He said he was sparring with Kingsley Ikeke who is a freak of nature, 6'4" Middleweight. That's WORLDS better.
