I actually have the pleasure of knowing Sam as he's a customer at the store I work at and comes in from time-to-time with Kofi Janutah ( you can read about the goings on where I work here: Today at GNC Vegas: ).

Sam is a Hell of a nice guy and funny if you read that thread. But more importantly he's a World Contender in Boxing's Heavyweight division and one of the most dangerous guys there. His loss to Wlad came at a cost as he knocked Wlad down 3 times in their fight. Sam is big (and in-person he's got all kinds of scars on his hands from destroying shit with his punching power) and hits like a fucken' wrecking ball. He's had issues with stamina and last time I saw he and Kofi, Sam was being yelled at to run every day (I even offered to run with him). lol Last I saw Kofi he said sam IS running in preparation for his next fight with James Toney who is notorious for coming to fights fat.

So enjoy this inside look at the Nigerian Nightmare, and grimmace at imagining taking his punches. It would suck BAD.

Not yet. But I've been invited to train with Kofi and after taking care of some financial ventures before the end of the year, I'll start working out with him come January. I'm not sure if Sam is just training at the same gym with Kofi, or is just friends with him and was taking advice (Kofi had a list of supplements he made for Sam). But they seem pretty close and if Sam does need a running partner I'll do it. He said he's no good at running.

But I don't wanna spar Sam if I don't have to. I'm 5'10" and am walking around right now at 158. Fuck that noise. lol

Nah in all reality like I said above Kofi actually has sam RUNNING in prep for the next fight with Toney. He had ME yelling at Sam to do so, too. That's something Sam has never done. So hopefully it makes Worlds of improvement on his conditioning, which isn't TOO terrible considering he went the distance with Wlad who is in excellent condition besides being the clumsiest heavyweight I've ever seen in reaction to getting punched.
