Margarito's lookin real good there, but I still don't see him beating Mayweather. As for the sparring with Mora, hahaha, nice to Sergio get his ass beat.

If size is the thing to eventually beat Mayweather, Toni is one of the guys who has that plus real stopping power, and volume.

These Welters and Junior Middles are not Diego Corrales. Sooner or later I think Foyd's gonna hit a glass ceiling. And I think it might just be at the hands of someone no one expects.

Then again no one EVER expects. Because if you ask the populous Mayweather is invincible.

Well to be clear I do think Margarito has a decent chance, but my pick would be Mayweather. In my opinion speed kills in boxing, and I think Mayweather would just be to fast for Toni, to slick to get caught by his volume punching. I think Mayweather would be able to use his defence to open Toni up for some decent counter shots, and though I'm not really sure how good Toni's chin is I think Mayweather may be able to catch him cleanly with a counter which has the ability to hurt anyone.

Toni's chin is more than proven Bro. Most of his career he's been put in with big punchers, and gotten off the canvas to win.

Keep in-mind though Mayweather's up from Lightweight and has yet to face a TRUE Welter. Gatti was up from Lightweight as well, Judah the same.

Baldomir is Floyd's first test against a TRULY bigger man.

Speed kills, sometimes. Meldrick Taylor still got splattered by Julio Cesar Chavez, and again by Terry Norris. Sweet Pea had a hard time against Diobelys Hurtado, who was throwing Volume all night.

As Mayweather fights truly bigger opponents, it makes it a lot more interesting. Even Toni had trouble when moving up against Santos. Floyd has pulled it off so far, but against the most overhyped fighter in Boxing, and the idiot savante of Boxing.

Oh and leave us not forget the Castillo debacle, Mayweather/Castillo I = Floyd's FIRST loss.

Like I said I wasn't sure about Toni's chin as I havent seen too many of his fights, though he did take a few decent shots from Cintron. I think Baldomir will actually be a good test for Floyd at this weight, though I don't think he really has a shot he is gonna put pressure and weight on Floyd in a similar (though not as good) style as Toni. You obviously know quite a bit more about boxing then me as I am primarily into Muay Thai so I haven't seen any of those somewhat older fights you listed. As for Mayweather/Castillo I never got to see the whole fight, only the last rounds on youtube so I can't really comment on that.

Edit: Whoever wins, I just really wanna see this fight happen because it bugs the hell out of me everytime I think about it.

Baldo is the real deal. Undefeated since 1998, whooped Judah, whooped Gatti. Same two guys Floyd is tooting over. I think he's going to surprise a lot of people how competitive he's going to be, because he's got brains in there. He's smart, fights smart, laughed off Judah's punches, and motors ahead no matter what you do to him.

Toni is fighting Clotty next, though Joshua, not Emmanuel...after that he needs to look to a big-name or tell Arum to stop talking on his behalf.
