How many times a week do you train Muay Thai?

I got atleast twice a week. But I have a question to people who train in muay thai, would it be too much to train twice a day? or should once a day be fine?

I train 2 times a week, 3 times if i get the saturday off work(hour 15 min classes) i wish i could train more but the gyms here are pretty limited. All the power to you if you can train more than that, but be careful not to burn yourself out.

If you are going to be sandbaging your second class of the day then there is no point in doing it, go 110% or don't go at all is what i am always told

I train MT 5 days a week, but I had to ease myself into it..started with twice a week and then just progressed. Our classes are only an hour long so that helps, 10 min warm-up, 25 min technique, 15 min sparring, then 10 minutes conditioning body

3/week for now. Twice a day is not toom much. Look up training for professional MT fighters (or for the Thai kids that live where they train), they train twice/day. However, this doesn't necessarily mean you have to do it unless you are serious about competing.
