Fingers interlocked on the back of the head or using the palm on palm grip ( not sure of the actual name for the grip its how your hands look when you clap)

Without gloves:
- Ideally, you'd "gable grip"...or palm to palm grip...
- If not that, then palm to back of other hand

With gloves:
- Palm to back of other hand

NEVER interlock your fingers...you run a much higher risk of dislocating or snapping your fingers that way...

yea dont interlock your fingers for one you can easily dislocate or break your fingers that way and it may just be me or it may just be mental but having palm on palm helps give you more control over yourself and your opponent but i dont know if its really true

Palm to palm. If you want to see why, interlock your fingers and have someone put one of their hands on top(your thumb) and their other hand on the bottme(your pinky) and have them squeeze. You'll see why interlocking your fingers is a big no no.

you can't interlock fingers when you're wearing gloves.
