Very messy but nothing that can't be fixed with some practice and time. Bad balance, jamming yourself by being too close to the bag for the teep, not turning your hip over for the round kick, dropping your hands, not crossing your arm and swinging your other arm on the round kick...You're trying to force it - trying to hit hard instead of hitting right. Focus on doing the technique correctly first, speed and power will come later.

Well first dude, get a thai bag, you know the long one.
Work on leg and body kicks mostly, Muay Thai is 80% kicking/knees. Also do not forget to hella run and do squats, lounges ect.
Once you feel you have the kicking down get some mitts and find a homie to drill with.

1.Keep your hands up.
2.The stance is every fighters strongest .place to attack/defend from..stay in it.
3.Find a good resource to learn technique from such as a book, video or best yet and instructor.
I really like the book Muay Thai Unleashed
Also watching fights online will help you -visualize- proper technique...Buakaw, John Wayne Parr, most any Thai fighter...
I find training at my Muay Thai camp invaluable & fun, you may wish to find a place to train.
