Well it appears everybody already mentioned boxing and I have to agree. Especially if you have a background in wrestling, boxing will help get your hands and footwork straight while not bringing anything that will hamper your wrestling instincts.

You are absolutely right. In every big town there is a rough area and in every rough area is a group of guys who'd rather do pushups than do drugs. Guy's who'd rather take their fight to the ring than to the street. They are never the best buildings, never have the best equipment but they have heart to spare and that's what matters.
