Thanks for the help everyone, anything specific that will help me on weights or should I just concentrate on my conditioning?

Stroll in wearing a tap out hat, crooked to the side (important), then spit on the ground. Quickly determine who the best person in the gym is and be like "AY BITCH! Wanna get fucked up?" And have your first sparring match, youll gain lots of respect that way.
