I would just recommend the same thing people do when re-habbing an ankle. Point the toes down, point the toes up. Hold for a few seconds. Doing the alphabet or spelling something cool with your toes. I also like standing on the little rubber half-sphere things they have at the gym for the aerobic milfs. Those work out my ankles/feet really well. Just balance on one foot for 30 or so seconds.
