Somone tried a punching machine named "Puncher"? It is an arcade machine that calculate your punching strenght. What is your score?

Sadly, when I punch, I only get about 500. I suck. Most people in good shape seem to be able to hit at 800. People hitting in the 900 range is not uncommon.

After the TKO event in Laval, several fighters tried the machine for fun. Jonathan Goulet and Sam Stout were among them. Most fighters hit in the 900 range. A heavyweight named "Martin Desilets" hit at 1000 (best score I ever heard of).

This machine convinced me to stop training for boxing or MMA. Seriously, a guy like Sam Stout is exactly my height and weight (5 feet 7 150 pounds), but he hits almost twice as hard (905). And I saw many normal people of my size punching much harder than me.

I know I did one of those things at the fair with my brother in law who has had no formal training or any technique etc.I went 1st and got quite a good score esp. compared to the others who had been on it b4.He followed and wound up and smashed f?ck out of this thing.I've never bothered going near one of those fuc?ing things since that humiliation... ..

Don't you mean push-punching better than you?

So you are claiming that the trick to get a high score is to push?

I used one of thiose years ago. The key is definitely punching thru it, If you just punch it like you would a heavy-bag, your numbers will be low.

I don't remember the numbers, but some fat tub o' shit was getting a 2-step running start & push-punching it for the highest of anyone there. It was the type of punch where he would've fallen on his face if he missed. He walked around like a king after each attempt. It doesnt mean anything.
